Val di Scalve offers numerous local specialties, starting with the cheeses from the Latteria Sociale Montana di Scalve, small producers in Schilpario and Pradella, Azienda Spada, and Agriturismo Gigia, as well as the alpine pastures scattered across our mountains.

You’ll also find cured meats and fresh cuts from local farmers, wild herbs, and fruits from the garden and forest, which perfectly complement the creativity and skill of our chefs.
